Registration after August 31, 2007: $119
- Emailed confirmations will be sent in advance of the conference.
- Your conference registration fee includes all conference sessions, conference materials, continental breakfast and lunch, refreshments, no-host reception and validated self-parking (Note: Valet parking or parking in a garage not associated with hotel will NOT be validated).
- No refunds or cancellation requests honored if postmarked or requested after September 1, 2007. All refund requests must be in writing.
- Your registration packet will be held for you at the conference.
- This information may be used for future communications unless you notify us otherwise.
- Registration fee is tax deductible for amounts over $50 per person. Our Federal ID is 33-0904048.
