Our GAIN AND GIVE! program was established at the first financial education conference in 1977.  Then, the all-volunteer committee pledged to donate surplus funds from the conference to Girls, Inc. and Working Wardrobes.  Additional organizations have been added over the years including Human Options, Women of Vision, and Girl Scout Council of Orange County.  Since 1977, over $80,000 has been donated to philanthropic organizations.  This year WISE is focusing on presenting its WISE Choices program to young women in cooperation with the following organizations:


Girls Incorporated of Orange County

The mission of Girls Incorporated of Orange County is to help girls develop the values and skills they need to become confident, productive and responsible adults.

Girl Scout Council of Orange County

Part of a national organization founded in 1912, the OC Council delivers quality programming to more than 27,000 girls. Through Girl Scouts financial literacy activities, girls learn about earning, spending, saving, and investing. They master the all-important balancing act between income and expenses.
