Linda Barlow, CFP, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of WISE, has more than 30 years experience in the financial services industry.  She is a Registered Investment Advisor, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and a Certified Tax Specialist and has taught at California State University, Fullerton and the University of California, Irvine.
Named one of Bloomberg’s Top Wealth Managers every year since 2002, Linda is a frequent guest on public television and has often been quoted in the Orange County Register.  As past Chairman of the Financial Planning Association, Orange County Chapter, she also serves on the Board of Directors for Women Investing In Security and Education (WISE), WomanSAGE, Mariposa Women’s Center and Flying Doctors of Mercy.
Ms. Barlow has licenses in life, health, and disability insurance, and is a notary public.  She has a Master of Science Degree in Financial Planning from Southern States University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/ Accounting from LaSalle University.
